Farb-10-Shevat-5732-2.jpgI want to invite you to come watch a recording of afarbrengen – gathering of the Rebbe, of blessed memory.

This particular Farbrengen is from 10 Shevat, 5732 (January 26, 1972). 10 Shevat marks the date of passing of the previous Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Yosef Yitchak, OBM, and the ascension to leadership by the Rebbe, of blessed memory.

In the Farbrengen, the Rebbe calls the world “a beautiful garden,” contrary to the media-hype and the doom-sayers , inspiring us to see the world from rose-colored glasses, and to do what we can to actually reveal its inherent goodness and beauty. There are many more beautiful moments, including talks by the Rebbe, Chassidic melodies being chanted by the crowd, and some special moments along the way.

We’ll be getting together Thursday February 2nd, from 7:00 - 8:15 open to men & women at Chabad 102 N. Main St. to watch sections of a recently restored Farbrengen. The talks are subtitled in English and there'll be light refreshments and coffee for all. If you can't make it for the whole time, feel free to pop in for a little while.

You’ll be sure to walk away inspired, uplifted and recharged.
